KTH Space Centre, the hub for Swedish space research and technology, in collaboration with Visit Kista cordially invites to:

Space Rendezvous comes to Kista pt. 2

-  Space Electronics and cosmic radiation, how to survive and thrive in space.

Space is a hostile place. Extreme temperatures and cosmic radiation are serious threats to astronauts as well as the electronics used in satellites and space stations.

Swedish cutting edge space electronics enables exploration through universe's most hostile places. Swedish space companies are internationally competitive and Swedish innovations are found on numerous rockets and satellites.

The Kista technology cluster is world known for its function as a Swedish innovation engine and holds many successful space companies, a perfect place to explore the latest trends in Space electronics.

During the Space Rendezvous you are invited to:

  *   Learn about some of the latest space electronics research and applications from a wide range of expert speakers

  *   Meet and mingle with space researchers, companies, institutions and students

  *   The winners of of KTH Space Center's prize for the best final degree projects on basic and on advanced level are presented.
